Eternal Sun – A Board Game to Discover Earth and Sun Relationship, 2024-2027, HEIG-VD, Website

Funded by the SNSF Agora grant, “Communicating the Depths of Solar Physics and its Relationship to Earth” is an initiative led by Professor Laurent Jolissaint at HEIG-VD/HES-SO, an expert in astronomical observation and astrophysics. The project revolves around understanding the deep connection between humanity and the celestial giant, embarking on a journey into board games medium. Recognizing Switzerland’s linguistic diversity, the project adapts its resources to multiple languages, ensuring inclusivity and widespread accessibility.

Sole – An Interactive Exhibition, 2023-2025, USI L’ideatorio, Cadro, Website

Funded by the SNSF Agora grant, USI, and IRSOL, the interactive exhibition “Sole” (Sun in Italian) has been a great success. Visitors try to run at the speed of light, lift the Sun, draw, pedal, and send radio messages. Exploring the immersive spaces, they reflect on the importance of the Sun in our daily lives. The exhibition is accompanied by live observations of the Sun, lectures at the planetarium, and training workshops for high-school teachers.
